For the moms who’ve been asking where they can seek help for support, you can seek out this division of the POEA.

Assistance and Welfare Division, Welfare Service Branch
2nd Floor, POEA Building
Tel. No. 722-11-96/722-11-82

You have to bring your marriage contract (if married), and the birth certificate of your child/ren.

If you already have a court order, you can go directly to the Docket and Enforcement Division. Sorry, I don’t have their phone number, as you have to go to them directly.

If you wish to contact POEA, here’s the POEA Information and Action Center (PIAC) number: 722-11-44/55.

What ground can I file for my husband who didn’t give us regular financial support? for 3 years of working there, he has just sent us Php 3,000 quarterly. To think that he is earning Php 30,000 a month. Recently, I learned that he has mistress there. He is an ofw from kuwait and working there for 3 years. we’ve been married for 5 years and we have a 3-year old daughter. How much financial support should we get from him?
