Jackie is a single mother by choice, and not by chance. When asked if she wanted to correct the mistake, she replied that her pregnant state was not a mistake but a wish granted. Jackie adores her little boy and has somewhat put him on a pedestal, like most first time mothers would. She has always had the chance to stay at home and take care of her son, and has had very few regrets with her choice. Especially when she looks at her son and the way he has grown up to be, a little gentleman.

Her obsession for books started in 4th grade; when Sweet Valley Twins were a craze, until her taste evolved into more idealistic tomes. She is currently reading Latin American literature and has fallen in love with Isabel Allende’s stories. Though she has received no education in creative writing, she was given a gift for words. Jackie wants to use this to move people and change the world. She wishes to take up a creative writing course in the future, just for the heck of it.

Many would call her snobbish, overconfident and haughty; but close friends know better than that. They describe her as strong willed, focused and smart. Do not be fooled by her quiet, melancholic mood swings, she’s just probably thinking. Ruled by her heart and led by her mind, she doesn’t believe that there’s only one man for her; she says there are dozens; it’s just a matter of finding the one she wants to spend the rest of her life with.

Mother and son spend their days in front of the computer. The first, pursuing her lifelong passion for writing, the second, playing Neopets. They live in the Philippines, where they enjoy tropical climate (almost) all year round.
